It's annoying this didn't work for existing customers. Support were helpful (although didn't realise at first this code would not work on renewals), but by the time I got an answer it was the weekend here in the UK so missed it. As a business user I wasn't at my desk during the weekend this deal was on.
Hopefully a similar discount will occur late this month for Cyber Monday?
Hi, yes indeed, on renewing you got a 20% OFF automatically already. Every week we run a promotion on some specific extension and a 40% % OFF will be applied for the black Friday/cyber Monday. Sorry about that
