Using a new license on an existing website

Yes, please log in to your account on the customer site. Once logged in, navigate to the Plugins section to update to the latest version.

Additionally, I would like to ensure that all media and media libraries on the website remain unchanged after the update.

Yes, if your user doesn't make any modifications in the Media library, both the images and folder structure will stay unchanged.
