I would like to implement a file management service on my WordPress site. I am currently using nextcloud but the same is not properly integrated with WordPress.
I would like to do the following:-
1. I would like to connect my Onedrive for Business subscription to the WordPress site. This feature is available with your Addon pack.
2. I want to know the frequency of two-way sync with Onedrive for Business. Like the minimum interval for sync. (Is it real-time sync or a delay of a couple of minutes?)
3. On my onedrive I have a folder named Clients in the root and sub folders for each of the clients which look as follows:
Clients
- Client A
- Client B and so on
I would like to know whether I can share a specific folder say for example Client B folder with one specific user only. I also want that the user should not be able to see any other folder in the parent folder i.e. clients folder in the above case. For example, I have created a user on WordPress for client B and shared the client B folder with that user. Now that user should not be able to see the Client A folder that is in the same parent directory.
4. Can I share a set of folders on my Onedrive with a user group with each member of the group having access to the folders shared with the group.
5 How do I enable clients to upload their files on my website? Can they upload multiple files at once? How will the files uploaded be available on my Onedrive for Business?
For example, Client B uploads a file on the website to whom client B folder is shared. Will the uploaded file be available in the shared folder or somewhere else.
6. What different kinds of granular file access controls are available.
7. How will I be notified when a client uploads a new file on the website?
8. I have around 100,000 files on my Onedrive. What kind of latency can I expect when I try to view the data on the Worpress website.
9. Can I set up your extension on a shared hosting plan. I will be using WordPress Hosting plan of Hostinger.
10. Will this plugin work with users who view my website on their mobiles and tablets as well.
11. Is the folder in Onedrive represented as a folder category in WordPress.
12. Is there a docx and xlsx viewer available with he extension.
13. I want to prevent SEO indexing of my Onedrive files but want SEO indexing of my website is that possible?
