Images for each download?

Im just wondering if you can add an image of feature image to each of the downloads at all?

I'm not sure what do you mean exactly here, and please give me an example if possible.

Yes, you can set the background color for your themes at category settings. (See attachment)

Yes, you can find the category settings in the context menu by right-clicking on any category.

You should enable "Theme settings per category" option at Configuration > Main Setting > Frontend tab.

Or you can edit the default value for each theme at Configuration > Themes section:
