Once you've connected the plugin with OneDrive (3 easy steps of setup) you'll be able to manage files in your OneDrive and automatically have them synchronized to your WordPress website.
By extension you can even use the OneDrive's desktop software with your file browser to add/remove/manage your WordPress files.
Each category of files in WP File Download is represented with a folder in OneDrive with a root folder with the name of the website that is connected. It also means that you can have both your local server files and OneDrive ones stored without any problems!

Don't worry, you don't need have to be a developer to connect with OneDrive :) All you have to do is create a OneDrive App (free of charge) to get an ID and password then login to your OneDrive account from the plugin. There are several synchronization methods that fit different server requirements, such as AJAX sync, Curl or custom Cron tasks. You can also setup a synchronization delay or force the sync manually by clicking on a dedicated button.
