Nice SEO plugin. Looks promising (vs. Yoast, SEOPress). Need the PRO one for my Flatsome / WooCommerce shop but have some questions:
- Can the sitemap, especially the HTML sitemap be turned off?
- Why don´t you offer canonical URL´s?
- How do you deal with pagination - i.e. in shop lists in the context of indexing resp. canonical URL`s?
- I have not found bulk editing for the index status (index, no-index, etc.). Would be beneficial for a shop.
- I already have a plugin for the integration of Google Analytics. Is it possible to just make use of your dashboards?

Thanks, Marcus

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback
- Nope, there's no option to turn it off but that's basically the same content as the xml sitemap so there will no impact on performance
- What would you like to add as canonical option? Basically WordPress generate one per content created with the good permalink. Have you experienced problem with 3rd party plugins?
- If you make reference about the pagination, that's a hot SEO topic those days, we could implement something but that would require some PHP filters as there's many variable you can use to change your listing. note the PREV/NEXT are not super important as they were it seems: https://searchengineland.com/google-no-longer-supports-relnext-prev-314319
- In the bulk editor you can edit the index/follow attributes (see attached)
- If you want to use our data you need to connect it with our plugin, I'm sorry

Thanks, Tristan, very helpful.

GA: that means I just connect the API service to get your GA visualization features but I don´t need to implement the GA measurement tag in your plugin. Right?

One more question on canonical URL´s. I run a shop. Many products just differ by some slight visual elements (backpacks and pillows with different images). So I do have much duplicated content. No SEO expert can tell me whether it´s better to noindex these products or to make use of canonical-urls to point Google to one single product. Can you advise on that? That´s the reason why I posted the question above about why you don´t have a canonical URL feature - like almost all other SEO services / plugins.

This feature is not implemented yet, we noted that for a version to come.

Thanks a lot!

Thanks for this feedback. What a pitty. It´s an awesome plugin, your SEO management process is far better than anything else at a fair PRO price. I´d like to use it. But unfortunately canonical is key for my shop structure. I need to stay at Yoast but will monitor your future releases. Thanks for your great support and fast turnaround.

Hi,

Thanks for your kind trust in our plugin.
As we see, this is the essential feature, so it will be released in the next version.

Thanks a lot!
