We have a YouTube Channel and I want to add it to a library.

this appears to solve that issue, but woudl require manual adding of all youtube links.

Does is have the capability to integrate with our youtube channel so we can choose which videos are included?

I'd also ideally like to be able to make those available in teh WP File Download front end for users who are sarching through the docuemnt store on our site, so they can access the same files form a different route.

This feature is not implemented yet, you should add remote Youtube videos manually in our Media library currently.
We will keep that in mind for a future version.
