My client already had your plugin on the site before I took over it.
we are under WP version 4.9.6,

When I tried to update to version 4.5.5 I have a n error:

An error occurred while updating WP Media folder: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

can you help with it?
