Who does the plugin behave on a multisite installation ?

Hello,

I'd like to know how does the plugin behave in case of a multisite (network) installation. Concretely :
- Can the plugin be "network activated" and when it's done, is it automatically up and running on each site of the network ?
- Once activated, can it be made "transparent" for sites admin. I mean they don't have to setup anything and the network setup is taken automatically ...
