What happened to the refresh/reload button?
After adding media I almost always am unable to see it unless I hit the WP-Media-Folder refresh/reload button. But since the redesign, it isn't anywhere to be found. I can hit "Show All Files" and the new files will appear, but that makes a big mess. Is there any way to get that handy reload button back?
