Hi,
I am very interested in buying your WP Media Folder service.

I need to clarify if it works on my case or not first.
I am trying to import files (inc., images, mp3, docx, pdf, mp4, ppt & etc., ) from multiple google drives to one wordpress site.

My questions are:
1. are files (images, mp3, docx, pdf, mp4, ppt & etc., ) all fine to be imported?
2. is it possible to import from multiple users' google drives? (some are not mine, but a team member's)
3. is there limitation on google drive's type? I use the free version of G Suite for ages..
4. do you offer trial version for me to see how it work for me, before my purchasing?

Best regards,

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

1. are files (images, mp3, docx, pdf, mp4, ppt & etc., ) all fine to be imported?

You can import files from Google Drive to your WP Media library or sync files from Google Drive (indexing files only) to save space on your server.
However, you should connect Google Drive first, then a root folder is generated on Google Drive where files uploaded to cloud folders in Media will be stored.
In your case, you can move existed files from Google Drive to that root folder then files will be sync on your Media library.

You can use G-Suite or Google Team Drives in our plugin. There is no limitation for G-Suite account.

4. do you offer trial version for me to see how it work for me, before my purchasing?

I'm sorry we don't have any trial/limited version as our plugins are open source.
But, if you encounter any trouble with compatibility, the developer in charge can fix that for you or we can refund you.

Hope this helps!
Cheers,
