What happens if my suscribtion is not renewed?

Nothing everything remains as it was. You can continue using the plugin as long as you want, the only limitation is on the private ticket support and the plugin updates. Plus, if you uninstall the plugin all the media will be back at the same place with the default WordPress media manager features.
