URL change after moving files?

1. If i move a file to another folder, will it permanently change the URL in the link of my posts? So, will everything work as before?

No, your media files still display in the posts as before. Because the URL of files are the same as WP Media manager default, we just create the virtual folders.
Normally they will be stored at {root}\wp-content\uploads\{year}.

2. What if I inactivate the plugin after moving my files?

Those files still remain because the URL of files are permanently.
