upgrade price does not seem to be correct

Only a month ago I renew my subscription for 1 year (nov 12 2018).
As you can see in the screenshot. I would still have to pay $48.47. That can't be right?

That's the discount for your upgrade.
For your circumstance, please, drop us a billing ticket (Menu > Ticket support > Billing - General questions).
Our admin will check that.
