Updating the plug-in without login information

A developer created a site for a friend and install WP Media folder. The developer is no longer involved in the project and when I went to update the plug-in, it's asking for a login. I assume that he paid for the plug-in and passed those costs onto the site owner. How can I get the plug-in updated?

Hi,

Yes indeed, in order to update the plugin you need to have an active subscription and be logged in to your JoomUnited account from the WordPress admin.
If an account with an expired membership is already connected, just logout and login again.
