I paid $29 for the plugin WP Media Folders and 6 months support.
Once the 6 months finishes, my plugin no longer works, does this mean I have to pay $29 every 6 months forever to keep the plugin working?

You still use our plugin when your subscription is expired. And you should renew if you need our support or update the new features in our plugins.

Do you mean moving images to folders? The issue could come from many sides.
If it still remains the same after you clear cache or re-install our plugin.

Hi,

I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

It's really complicated to solve your issue on so few informations.
It could be a lot of things, an incompatibility with another plugin, with a new WP version, with the hosting...

Some customers have installed the plugin a long time ago without updating it and it's working well for them.

We can't obviously provide support for free as we would then have no time to develop anymore our extensions and keep our business sustainable.

Maintaining plugin over the time and the Wordpress versions and the support are our main time consuming tasks.
