System requirements and known incompatibilities

Hi,

I'm writing in behalf of our client that is using WP Media Folder plugin on his website on our server.
When using the plugin, we noticed query

SELECT option_id,option_value FROM wptm_options WHERE
option_value REGEXP 's:[0-9]+:"

was extremely slow, even though wptm_options is not large and that is only a test website, not even a production one.

I was wondering, are there any special system requirements for this plugin? What are the minimum requirements? Are here any known incompatibilities with MariaDB mysql servers?
