Hello!

I wrote a Ticket in March...
Today i have a new question.
When i write this one in the Support Ticket System, will it get processed?
We would be glad if yes.

It's a specific question about the synchronisation of the folders when WPML is installed and we have an English and German Mediathek.
We start adding the Folder in German. But we want them to synch with Englisch.

Every support is welcome. The main thing is support.

Yes, as I see your subscription is still valid, so you can drop us a support ticket if you encounter any issues.

Normally, the folders you create will be displayed in any current language. You should follow the settings here:

If there is something wrong on your site, please drop us a ticket (Menu Support > Support ticket).
Our developer in charge will take a look at that.
