Some question about WP Media Folder plugin

Hello,
First of all - the plugin WP Media Folder looks very good on screens and movie. And I would like to use it on my page with photography portfolio. But have some question:
1. Sorting/ordering of images - the native sorting in Wordpress is....hmm... more/less not enough good. If I make the names of photo like name_001 to name_101 - Wordpress sort them well in admin panel, but on the end-user page - mix pictures :/ so the question is - if your plugin make it better? Could I sort the pictures by folders and names to show them as sort/order as I want to? Or it use the native sorting and pictures will show up mixed as Wordpress want?
2. Folders making - is your plugin see the folder created by FTP or only those which is create via admin panel?
