I had purchased this plugin 2 years ago but not maintained it (client stopped using it). I have v 1.1.3. What version is now current? I've emailed Support when logged in but am repeating this here since I also have other questions. I'm currently working with the old version until I can update which we will do.

1) I don't see a way to re-order the folders so they're alphabetical. They seem to be in the order added. I tried to drag/drop but that only will put one folder inside another.

2) We need to be able to put images into more than one folder w/o replicating the image. Someone else asked this 3 weeks ago and you said it's on your map but when?

3) I'm assuming it's setup so that WP knows the paths have changed. What happens if we disable the plugin? Does it gracefully degrade correctly?

4) This is a new site that imported 700 posts from WP.com into this new self-hosted site. So we have a TON of images from those old posts. What is the easiest way to move them all into a single folder? There's so many to select.

Thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.
1) I don't see a way to re-order the folders so they're alphabetical. They seem to be in the order added. I tried to drag/drop but that only will put one folder inside another.

Yes, you cannot re-order them. They will be arranged by Name or ID only.
2) We need to be able to put images into more than one folder w/o replicating the image.

Yes, this feature will be added in version 4.1 (we are currently in version 3.8.7).
Though it’s hard to give a precise date on new features release for various reasons.
It mainly depends on the development roadmap we've defined for the developer and problems we may encounter during this period.
3) What happens if we disable the plugin? Does it gracefully degrade correctly?

Your files will be displayed without the virtual folders. Of course, it is not easy for you to find any files you upload if you disable our plugin ;)
4) What is the easiest way to move them all into a single folder?

You can import the images through FTP import. For more details: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-media-folder-documentation#toc-4-4-ftp-server-file-importer

Hope it helps!
Regards,
