Good Afternoon:

Before purchasing, I just want to verify: I can create /my/folder/path/ on the server (NOT within /wp-content/uploads) upload image.jpg there, and use WP Media Folder to import that location and file to the media library. WooCommerce will then be able to use this image for a product, and the image URL will be /my/folder/path/image.jpg, is that right?

I need to verify this before purchasing a Media Library plugin because I want the SEO benefit of an image URL path like /images/products/product-category rather than the SEO-useless /wp-content/uploads/year/month URL path. I've seen plugins that do this on the admin side using virtual folders, but this is only for the benefit of admins and authors. These plugins don't affect the actual image URL paths and so have no SEO benefits.

I look forward to your reply.

Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. However I'm simply asking about the plugin's existing functionality. After reading the feature again, I'm guessing I got it wrong. Your "Synchronize Server Folders with the WordPress Media Library" function is only for the default /wp-content/uploads/year/month media library folder structure, isn't it? All this function does is force WP to look at all the files that are physically in those folders and add whatever may not already be in its database. Is that correct?
