Queue not starting while importing files via FTP

i have a lot of folders with sub and subsub folders with images in the last structure.
For importing these i uploaded the folderstructure via ftp and import them via
Import/Export -> Import server folders

Now i have a queue in the topbar of wordpress admin panel which says "Importing 1 files from FTP" since one week and nothing happens...
