Question on tagging & searching

Hi there - Im very interested in WP Media folder - which would also be integrated with our OneDrive. Couple of questions though.

> Although I would set up a basic folder system for all our images, can you also add multiple tags to each images and then easily search for these tags as opposed to finding them through the folder system? Eg. Most of our images how many variables such as product name, type, colour, range etc - and it will be important for us to be able to search by a specific tag. eg product colour and see all images that match that tag search.
> Further to that - can you bulk upload images and add tags at the same time (or bulk select images and add tag as well)
> Is there a limit on how many images
> When you insert image into WP - we would need an image name to pop up when you hover over it on the site. Can this be set up (or is this more of a website image coding thing?)
> Can you give staff access to the Media Library through OneDrive - but with some user restrictions - so they don't move or delete anything?
