Hi there!

I run a website that uses WPMF. I would like to update our plugin, but my subscription is out of date, and I need to renew it.

However, I don't know who originally made our account and bought the subscription. I have created an account via your website and would like to purchase a new subscription to be able to update our plugin, but I am worried that in doing this, we will lose all of our current media in our folders.

We have been using WPMF for over 7 years. The version we have currently is 5.2.4. Can you please advise how to proceed.

You can log in with your new account without worrying about losing any of your current data.
The JoomUnited account connected to your site is only used to verify a valid subscription for updates
- it has no effect on your site's database or media folders.

We're currently on version 6.1.12, so please make sure to back up your data before upgrading.
