I use an iPad Air as my primary device. I have had issues with a couple other media folder managers that had a free version.
I use a very easy and uncomplicated plugin (Media Slider Premium) to create image sliders. It is the best plugin for me to use on my site.
The problem I've encountered is that without any library plugin, the slider works great. The problem is when I create a new slider, selecting multiple images by either two-finger tap or using a BT keyboard ⌘ key doesn't work. With no folder plugin, both two-finger tap and keyboard allow me to select multiple images. (It's not a problem with Media Slider as other similar slider plugins exhibit similar problems making multiple selections when a folder manager is active.)
What I'd like to know is how you might handle this problem if I were to purchase WP Media Folder. I can imagine these possibilities:
1. We work together to find the root of the problem and you issue an update that fixes it.
2. You detemine that it's not a problem that you can fix, either because of the difficulty or time involved for something that has little benefit for the majority of users, or the cost of fixing is too great.
In the case of #2, would you be willing to issue a refund?
I have the time to work with you if you can spend time investigating this.
Thank you, and I look forward to purchasing and using this plugin.
