I use an iPad Air as my primary device. I have had issues with a couple other media folder managers that had a free version.

I use a very easy and uncomplicated plugin (Media Slider Premium) to create image sliders. It is the best plugin for me to use on my site.

The problem I've encountered is that without any library plugin, the slider works great. The problem is when I create a new slider, selecting multiple images by either two-finger tap or using a BT keyboard ⌘ key doesn't work. With no folder plugin, both two-finger tap and keyboard allow me to select multiple images. (It's not a problem with Media Slider as other similar slider plugins exhibit similar problems making multiple selections when a folder manager is active.)

What I'd like to know is how you might handle this problem if I were to purchase WP Media Folder. I can imagine these possibilities:

1. We work together to find the root of the problem and you issue an update that fixes it.
2. You detemine that it's not a problem that you can fix, either because of the difficulty or time involved for something that has little benefit for the majority of users, or the cost of fixing is too great.

In the case of #2, would you be willing to issue a refund?

I have the time to work with you if you can spend time investigating this.

Thank you, and I look forward to purchasing and using this plugin.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

We have not tested with Media Slider Premium plugin. However, you can select a folder in our plugin to create a gallery currently on Gutenberg Editor.
Or on Classic editor, while creating a gallery, you can select multi-images by tapping on every single image (we are based on WP Media default).
You can try it on your site. After that, you can select a theme (slider) for that gallery, or remove unnecessary images if needed.

You can go here for more information:

In the case of #2, would you be willing to issue a refund?

Yes, we can refund you, please go to this link for more details:

Thank you for your kind reply.

In reading your KB article about creating galleries, I felt that this added extra steps in what should be a straightforward process.

Ordinarily creating a slider using Media Slider involves just a few easy steps:

1. select "create" within the plugin
2. select "add images" within the plugin
3. select an image
4. repeat 2 and 3 until you have assembled your slider
5. enter shortcode into visual editor

All I'm looking for is a way to select multiple images in #3 above while using an iPad, either by two-finger tap or using a BT keyboard.

I've tried several other library folder options and two fulfilled my requirement but both had other serious shortcomings, so I know it can be done.

At this point I'm going to hold off on buying your plugin. Perhaps I'll give it a try in a few months.

Wishing you the best of success.
