Hey there,

I am the Lead Developer for an agency that produces 40-50 WordPress websites a year.
My team and I were discussing this plugin, but before we can move forward we have some questions around compatibility with our go-to hosting platform.

[*] Has this been tested on Pantheon?
[*] If not, we can purchase and test on our own to see if there are problems, what would be the refund policy? Is there a link to that somewhere?
[*] How do you guys manage updates/maintain the plugin? We version everything so we'd need to either be able to leverage an API locally or download the files direct.

Hi,

I don't think someone ever ask me about Pantheon hosting service here but there's no reason why you have any problem with it.
In any case we can refund you if it doesn't work (just drop a billing ticket with this thread link).

We have an automatic updater that run exactly as the WordPress one, you just need to add once your JoomUnited membership credentials from the global configuration of WordPress: https://www.joomunited.com/news/wordpress-automatic-plugin-updater

We usually produce an update every week (bug fix or new features, depends)
