The website I'm developing has links to pdfs listed on a page and also shared via a post. Sometimes these pdfs need to be replaced with an updated file.

What is the best method to handle document version control with OneDrive integration?

A. The client replaces the file on OneDrive. ---> Does the file name need to match exactly?
B. The web developer uses the 'Replace' option within WP. ---> How does this feature affect the instance of the file on OneDrive?
C. Is there a feature of the WP Media Folder + Addon that I'm missing that would make these updates effortless?

If you make edits to files on the cloud platform, the changes will be reflected in the Media library.
At the moment, it is not feasible to substitute cloud files within the Media library.

C. Is there a feature of the WP Media Folder + Addon that I'm missing that would make these updates effortless?
