I have purchased the product.But in my account, it shows "No Purchases Yet". Could you please tell me a way to solve that?

I have purchased the product.But in my account, it shows "No Purchases Yet". Could you please tell me a way to solve that?


If you purchased already, but you do not see any subscription on your account,
please, drop us a billing ticket (Menu > Ticket support > Billing - General questions),
our admin will check that.
