Multi-vendor Capabilites

I understand that this can be used with multi-vendor plugins such as wc vendors.

Does this allow vendors all the same capabilities? For instance, can the vendors upload directly to a folder, can they bulk select all images and drag and drop those.

Also if admin add images to vendors folders can vendors access those images.
