Media Folders Permissions

Can I lock ability to add/rename/delete media folders by user role?
All plugins I checked can't offer this feature, nothing in user capabilities.

Yes, users can edit their folders' name or all folders following your settings.

Note that: All folders created on WP Media Folder are virtual (not physical).

What I need is to limit add/rename/delete media folder to admin only. All other users can add their photos to folders but can't add/rename/delete folders.
At this moment every user can add/rename/delete folders, It's very messy.
I was looking for permission on user roles so only admin can add/rename/delete folders

Yes, that's not possible by default; however, it could be customized to fit your requirement.
