Media automatic renaming

Hi,

I already try this 2 plugin and doesn't work for my site, image file name doesn't change.

My site allow user/member can upload their image.

as you can see attachment, folder name and image name is number...

I would like to use WP MEDIA FOLDER Media automatic renaming,

but not sure is it work or not for my site. What if Media automatic renaming doesn't work for my site?
