Import only the folder structure or single file

For this import we want to use your plug-in:
So that we don't have to import all 10,000 files, but only the files that are actually needed, we have the following idea:
Step 1:
First we import only the folder structure without files: this would be important so that the structure is visible in principle. Is that possible?
Step 2:
Then, by manually importing from the local hard drive, we only add the files to the respective folder that are actually needed. Can conflicts arise at this point because the file already exists on the server with the same name? Can it simply be replaced?
Or is it possible to import individual files with the plug-in, in which case this would be a better option: the editor would then only have to import the file via the plug-in. Are the folders perhaps even created automatically at that moment, so that step 1 could be omitted?

Currently, we do not support migrating from typo3 to WordPress. You can export folder structure if you are using our plugin only.

With such a restrictive refund policy, I would have expected the responsible support team to take a little more trouble with the answer.
But since I'm probably dependent on this plug-in, I'll try a friendly answer, even though I'm pretty annoyed right now.
Apparently the mention of typo3 and the keyword "migration" triggered a reflex that led to this answer.
If you had read my question further, it would have become clear that my question refers neither to typo3 nor to any export from typo3.

It is about a large number of files being stored in a folder system on a server (no matter where the files come from). The Wordpress environment also runs on this server.
The folder with these files is located in the "uploads" folder.
Now it is about importing these files into wordpress, but not all files, only a small part of the files. The other files that are not to be imported must not be deleted (they are still needed for other purposes)..
Can I implement such a requirement with the PlugIn? This requirement cannot be realised via a file filter such as "only pdf" or "only a certain directory".
It is also not possible to sort out the files that are not to be imported beforehand in order to add them again.
So the question is whether the following is possible with your PlugIn:
Can a single file be imported with the PlugIn and is the directory structure then automatically created in the Wordpress Library? The file to be imported must not be moved under any circumstances, i.e. to any other folder.
Or can - alternatively - first only the folder system be imported without files and then gradually the files in these folders, whereby the files then come from a local hard drive, because access to the folder system on the server is not possible from Wordpress, in which case a file with the same name would be imported into the directory on the server and would replace it.
Or if the alternative doesn't work: I first have to create the folder system in Wordpress (i.e. in the media library based on the plug-in), then start a sync on the server and only then import the files. That would be the most awkward variant.

Now I'm hoping for a qualified answer.

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Yes, that's my mistake for not clarify your questions.
In our WP Media Folder, you can import selected folders from your server to WP Media library (please check the attachment).
Of course, files on those folders still remain after importing. Please go here for more details:

Or you can use "Server Folder Sync" feature, when you upload new files on that server folder, new files will be updated automatically on Media.
You can restrict which file types will be imported in Filters tab. All file types here will be applied for "Import Server folder" feature also.

yes, that helps, thank you very much.
In the meantime I have read up more on the functions and unfortunately it is the case that when importing individual files, it is not possible to import the file into a physical folder, regardless of whether an import of the folder has previously taken place. The imported file still ends up in the folder "uploads/2021/06" and not in the folder that I previously selected in the Media Library (with installed PlugIn).
This means that in order for the file to end up in the correct folder on the server, I would first have to copy the file via FTP into the folder on the server and then run a sync, which unfortunately is only possible every minute at the most.
This is exactly what I wanted to avoid, as the competing products (Real Physics Media) can also do this.
Therefore, I assume that there is simply no other way and that I cannot circumvent these stupid Wordpress restrictions.
