How to filter media uploads by author, so if I have 40 authors,how to see only certain user uploads or that folders???

So if I will have 40 wordpress users and each one upload their file's...
Me as an admin I can see all the uploads ...
But how to filter them by user or by author?!

Wright now files can be filtered by date, or by weight... but I need to filter all that uploaded files by uploader-user

Yes, this feature is not implemented yet. However, you can set "Folder automatic creation" is "By user".
Then folders will be generated corresponding to usernames containing all new folders created by users.
So admin can easily find those in Media library following usernames.
