Can i use gif for building gallery (imgur.com for example)?
And can I click on the gif follow the link with full size, tags, description and similar images?

Absolutely, you can create a gallery that includes *.gif files. Just add the link to these GIFs in the same way you would for regular images,
using the field: Image gallery link to. Refer to the attached for further details.
