ftp sync

I have bought this plugin for ftp sync (with KeyCDN).
I have read this : https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/wp-media-folder/ but I don't know where I can had my ftp folders.

You can import files or sync folder from your server at Settings > WP Media Folder > Server import or Server folder sync.
