FTP Import - Folder Structure not visible

Hi there,

I have installed this plugin on a http://www.schoolshotz.co.nz

Everything is working fine except the FTP import is not showing the folder structure loaded under the website root folder to import the media inside the wordpress gallery.

Can you please advise how can I resolve this issue?
