frontend form media upload

Hey pre-purchase query, can I fully replace WordPress media library that when users upload from a frontend form those medias will be uploaded to google drive or other cloud storages and not WordPress media library?

Currently, WP Media Library doesn't support file uploads from the frontend. This action can be performed from the backend while connected to cloud storage.
It's important to note that our WP Media Folder plugin essentially extends the default WP media library. We've introduced virtual folders to facilitate better management of media within the library.
