Hi,
we like your excellent plugin, for folders and gallery... We have a project with about 50000 items already sorted by folders. We plan to upload it via ftp.. the only problem is that we have paths to those folders in database.. not an ID, photo names or something similar.. how to use that in calling those image folders from url... insert the path in the custom field / shortcode and show the contents of that folder in the post..

in general, we have folder names but no image names... this will be updated over time, so manually entering image names subsequently is almost impossible... a very difficult job
we would like to use only folder names in calling galleries

In our plugin, you should import or sync folders from your server to your Media library, then you can use those images.
Our WP Media Folder plugin is based on the WP media library default. We just create virtual folders to manage media in the library.
