folders and multisite structure

Hi, I have been online with the sales staff as well but we seem to talk past each other. I am refering to the media manager with the add on (dropbox etc)

So I am working with a multisite and (obviously) different sites in the multisite with different images requirements. So what I want (need) to do is have a folder on my PC (in dropbox) with a folder set for site one in the multisite and a second folder (in the same structure or different structure) that syncs with site two and a 3rd folder and sufolders that sync with site 3 (all in the multisite). Will this be possible?

Oh, I see, you mean WP Media folder here, but it could not be set the folder for each sites.
