I understand Media folder works with Enfold. Does the Gallery function also work with Enfold?

Yes, it does. Some our clients are using this theme also.

I have a second issue, I have a number of folders with sometimes as many as 10 and in one case 41 sub folders, if I create a gallery now, will there be automatic references to the photos in the sub folders?
Or should I create a gallery and link to the subfolders myself?

The feature "updating automatically the images in the subfolders" is going to be released soon.
We are on the way to publish this.

I just installed the program, and am now loading 40 folders with about 165 sub folders from the FTP, which saves me 1 day of work alone.
So come on with the update, I'll test it right away. .
