Dynamic Gallery based on media tag

i need to build a dynamic gallery based on media tag. can your wp media folder + addon help me?

This feature is not implemented yet. However, you can filter images using tag system on frontend.

mmhh thanks for reply my i need that gallery is filtered by media tag dynamically before the page load and not in a manual way by user interaction.
