Hello,

we just bought the wp-media folder plugin and installed. Everything works so far - nice tool. But unfortunatelly we are experiencing some issues.

There is no possibility to "Drag and Drop" files to the folder any more. In the FAQ I found an entry concerning this. Someone wrote, that it should be possible to drag and drop files direclty into the specific folder. Is something broken with my plugin, or does the current Version not support Drag&Drop?

We tried to import several folders with the FTP-Importer. The complete Folder-Structure gets imported, which is really cool, but only the content of the first Folder gets imported. The others are left blank.

For example:

folder->subfolder->
-subsub1
-subsub2
-subsub3

subfolder2->
- subsub4
- subsub5
- subsub6

All Folders except subsub 1 are empty. (Only the subsubs contain files at all.)

Whats up here? Is there a bug with the current version?

Best regards,

Pinky

Hi,

For the first part, you cannot drag media from your desktop into a folder (yet, it's planned for a future version). But currently it's possible to upload media in a folder by navigating into the folder you want then use the WordPress media uploader. You can also drag'n drop media from a folder to another one (using the left folder tree can be handy in this case).

About the importer can you please drop us a ticket, this forum is only for pre-sale questions.

Cheers,

Hi Tristan
I suggested this "drag and drop directly on folders" feature. There was no new feature for a long time, please add this, it increases the speed of uploading process so much instead of opening folders again and again.

I hope you guys had a public roadmap like trello.

Thanks anyway
T
No worry, we are on it :)
