Does this plugin change the Upload directory?

Hi,

I'm making quite a big photo gallery using wordpress.

I want the folder to reflect what it's look like in host. So if I put a media inside food folder within WP, it should be inside wp-content/uploads/food/myimage.jpg in the host.

Does this plugin support that? Thanks
