Does it sync all files every time from drive?

My Drive has more than 50000 files and i am adding more inside it, so what i want to know is there is functionality like sync file from drive right? inside that function what i need is there should be only one time sync should happen where all files are indexed on WordPress site but on next synchronization only new files should fetch and not all flies from start, so is this possible?

Yes, you can do that in our plugin; however, you should move all your uploaded files on your Drive to the root folder generated after connecting successfully with WP Media Folder plugin.
Then all your new files uploaded to that folder will be synced to your Media library. Please go here for more information:

Why we should import media to WordPress media library? does it download to server folder(because shared server has file limit) or stay at google drive location? can't we use drive image directly?

We just index files' information in your Media library, all files are actually stored on the cloud servers.
