Do You Have A Video For Those Over Twenty?

Videos that speak no words an only speed through the setup procedure with fast hip-hop intrumental jive in the background??? Folks I am NOT a 20-year old with a photogenic mind, nor am I psychic, nor do I seem to have the requisite intuitive faculty to get anything out of such a video. I want an explanation of things. I'm not an 'X-er' nor a Gen X er or any other kind of "er.' Just a simple old poet in need of some clarity an a good product with good customer service when I can't figure out on my own how to use the product. If the video is all you have then I must look elsewhere.
