Display username and folder location on image url

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

When a new user is created, he’ll have a own root media folder created for him with all his media inside.
-can i make the url to display username and folder location?
-example: http://domain.com/images/folder5/user7/image.png

Our plugin creates virtual folders on Media only, it's not possible to create physical folders for each user.

Yes, this is possible if you use the WP Media Folders plugin also.
