We are creating an exclusive portal for our staffs to manage the documents and we don't want our media assets to be accessed by search engine. Is there an option to disable search engine access for each file? or if I restrict a media/folder based on user role will it be disabled from search engine already? or if I offload our media assets to Amazon S3 does that mean its now inaccessible by search engine and can only be accessed through our website via the assigned user role?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Our WP Media Folder plugin primarily operates in the backend, while SEO primarily functions on the frontend.
The "accessed by search engine" also operates on the frontend.
Consequently, we do not have a function to disable SEO for media on the frontend.

Cheers,
