When I try to delete folders it says there are subfolders within. Sometimes there is many subfolders. What is the fastest way to delete the subfolders in bulk?

Also, from my understanding the files and folder structure are not within the ftp but they are located in the database. How would I be able to view those files?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.
What is the fastest way to delete the subfolders in bulk?

At settings, you can enable 'Remove a folder with its media' option to delete all folders and files.
How would I be able to view those files?

You can see files at `wp-content/uploads/`.

Hope it helps!

The first part worked perfectly.

I still don't understand where to find the files that were uploaded to the plugin through the dashboard. What's the folder structure I should look for? Also is it in ftp or database?

Hi,

Thanks for your response.
I still don't understand where to find the files that were uploaded to the plugin through the dashboard.

You can find the files uploaded at `wp-content/uploads/{year}/{month}`, it's impossible to see it at the dashboard.
Folders in WP Media folder is virtual, you can watch the files in the folder link above.

Hope it helps!
Regards,
