custom upload dir plugin -sync

Hi. does the plugin work with this plugin ?

i have been using this plugin for years, the media folder has been created inside. but WP Media folder is not fetching the folders , i tried the sync function . There is no way to resync media folders,

Is there any work around for this? the custom upload dir plugin dev has good documentation for the dev to work .
