Create a Read Only Library using WASABI Cloud that is accessible from multiple WP sites

I am looking to create a Read Only Library using WASABI Cloud that is accessible from multiple WP sites. Is this possible with the addon?

Our WP Media Folder plugin is based on the WP media library default. We just create virtual folders to manage media in the library.
As my experience, each sub-sites has its Media library, so

Can I map a folder in the WP Media Folder plugin to a folder in WASABI and make it read only to the user?

I would also like the user to have their own folder or folders to upload media to the cloud.

Is this all possible with your plugin?

Media files will be uploaded to your Wasabi bucket. the path URL should be: {bucket-name}/{wp-media-folder-site-name}/wp-content/uploads/{year}/{month}
